We will drive you to the bus station of the train operator. After taking the bus to Ollantaytambo, you will catch the scenic train from Ollantaytambo. As you arrive in Aguas Calientes, you can choose to walk (2 hours) to the entrance of Machu Picchu or take a bus of 30 minutes.
