What is included
Included
- Private transportation: We’ll pick you up from your Cusco stay and drive you to the bus station of the train operator.
- Train ticket: After the bus, catch the train to Aguas Calientes, also known as Machu Picchu Pueblo, for a 1 hour and 50-minute scenic ride.
- Machu Picchu ticket: Subject to availability, circuit 2, circuit 3 or circuit 1.
- Return train: Leave Aguas Calientes with the train. The trip back is 1 hour and 50 minutes.
- Drive back to Cusco: After the train, the bus of the train operator will drive you back to Cusco.
- Private transportation: We’ll pick you up from the bus station of the train operator and drive you back to your stay.

- Meals are not included. Bring breakfast snacks and enjoy lunch in Aguas Calientes after exploring Machu Picchu.

Full tour description
Experience the wonder of Machu Picchu with our seamless Machu Picchu full day tour from Cusco. Our journey starts with picking you up from your hotel in Cusco. We will drive you to the bus station of the train operator. After taking the bus to Ollantaytambo, you will catch the scenic train from Ollantaytambo. As you arrive in Aguas Calientes, you can choose to walk (2 hours) to the entrance of Machu Picchu or take a bus of 30 minutes.
Immerse yourself in the history and mystery of this ancient Inca city with your visit to Machu Picchu. For 2-4 hours, explore the iconic ruins and wander at your own pace. After your Machu Picchu visit, take the bus/or walk back to Aguas Calientes to relax.
Your journey back to Cusco begins with a train ride from Aguas Calientes station back to Ollantaytambo. From there you will take the bus back to Cusco. There, our private transport will be waiting for you to pick you up and return to your stay in Cusco.

I heard there are different circuits/routes on Machu Picchu, what are those? which one do I pick?
Yes, there are 3 different circuits on Machu Picchu since the 1st of June 2024. Each circuit is its own route on Machu Picchu and there is definitely a best circuit (circuit 2).
